Battery life is terrible. The ice-pack is so small that it's fully thawed within 2 hours, which means meals 2-3 won't be kept chilled, completely defeating the point of the cooler. Even sillier is that the ice pack sits directly below the accessible food area, which is probably empty. Concept is nice, but whoever engineered this thing didn't care to test the product at all. Definitely regret this purchase.
