We buy denta sticks (from musti) that are the EXACT shape of the holes on this. We break the bones into the proper length then put a tiny bit of peanut butter on it and squeeze it in the hole. Freeze it overnight and pup LOVES IT!! takes her quite a while to get it out. We use it everyday when we leave for work. It's her favorite routine!
